This individual named Ling Yuexiang, a teen psychologist, previously resided in Seattle and was charged and arrested in the United States for possessing child pornography. His passport was confiscated at the time of his arrest. However, he was released on bail a few months ago and illegally flew to Shanghai, where he has been actively seeking employment in China.
